Sweater Class
Have you always wanted to knit a sweater but feel intimidated by the scope of the project? We developed this class to help you feel comfortable with all the steps of knitting a top-down raglan cardigan. We will be making Tin Can Knits "Harvest" cardigan, which is written for sizes ranging from 6 months to adult 5X, so you can make the sweater for yourself or a loved one. There are 5 classes times spanned across 10 weeks, and on off weeks you are welcome to come work on your sweater at the shop with your fellow classmates. Lessons covered in the classes: gauge and choosing the right size, picking up stitches, increases, dividing for sleeves, buttonholes, returning sleeve stitches to needles, decreases, binding off loosely, and a final class on blocking.

| Skill Details: | Must be comfortable with knitting and purling. All additional skills will be taught in class. |
| Requirements: | Worsted weight yarn - 250-2300 yards depending on size 6 month to adult 5X. Printed pattern will be provided at first class, but you can also view the complete pattern on Ravelry: Harvest, by Tin Can Knits.
