Felted Mittens
In this two-part class we will be making wool mittens that will be felted. The first class will focus on knitting the mittens, and the second class will teach you how to pick up stitches for the cuff and knit a fitted cuff, as well as add an needlefelted embellishment.
Techniques we will be teaching: getting comfortable with Double Pointed Needles, M1 increases, short rows, Kitchener stitch (optional), discussion of fulling (felting) in your washing machine at home, picking up stitches from waste yarn, basic needlefelting.
